These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CreditVigil platform and services, operated by Ampersands AI Inc. (“CreditVigil,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using CreditVigil's website, platform, or any related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
CreditVigil provides independent credit model monitoring services for lending institutions, including but not limited to:
Services are offered across multiple tiers (Lite, Pro, and Enterprise) as described on our Pricing page. Features, limits, and pricing may vary by tier and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

All intellectual property rights in the CreditVigil platform, including but not limited to software, algorithms, models, dashboards, reports, documentation, and branding, are and remain the exclusive property of Ampersands AI Inc. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in our intellectual property. Reports and analyses generated for your portfolio are licensed to you for your internal business use only and may not be redistributed or resold without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. CreditVigil reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or engage in conduct that could harm the platform or other users. Upon termination, your access to the platform and dashboards will be revoked. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination, after which it will be securely deleted.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree to jurisdiction in the courts of Delaware.
